  I’ve come twice between 6 am (when they open) and 6:15 am and it does not appear that anyone is there OR they’re not just taking orders.

  Apparently the managers here need training on giving people their change back . Did not give me my $0.97 back . Asked me if I had 3 cents and after I looked I told her no and she got an attitude because I did not have pennies and told the cashier at the window that she did not need to count out all those dimes apparently counting 9 dimes was such a huge hassle .

  Whoever the African-American manager is, she's very rude at the window she always has her back turned she never makes eye contact and communicates. She acts like she doesn't want to be there. She looks like an older lady around her 30s or 40s. However everyone else in the restaurant is very friendly and open to communicate and is helping with whatever you need.

  Terrible service, was cut off at the kiosk by the worker with the total although we weren’t done ordering, when I spoke up I was still ignored. When we got to the window she gave us the same attitude. I let her know we weren’t done ordering and gave her my final order. She stared at me like I was dumb. When my partner spoke up and let her know we weren’t done ordering she said she didn’t cut anyone off and gave us attitude telling us “well what’s the order”. After it all, we still weren’t given fries chicken nuggets and a drink we ordered and payed for ( that’s basically a whole meal we payed for and didn’t get?).Drove away to avoid an altercation. She was extremely rude and disrespectful for no reason. We know better than to be rude towards customer service workers as usually they have no fault when slammed or stressed especially on a busy night but the attitude towards us and the amount of disrespect was beyond rude when no one was rude to her. She was tallish, black, coily hair maybe colored. She was working the window.
