  This place has i.proved 100 fold in the last year. Service us so much better and now they are open when they should be, and not closing due to short staffing.

  extremely poor customer service, incompetent staff and even more incompetent management. entire building needs to be fired and a new team of competent people need to be hired and properly trained. they leave doordashers waiting 45+ minutes for ONE soft drink and still don’t bring out your order. I ordered a large sprite via DoorDash on 3/18/2026 around 7:20pm and had to cancel because it was taking over a hour and the dashers said the store was not busy and Sonic failed to communicate with them. complete waste of dashers and customers time. really poor communication. Sonic as a corporation should really be ashamed of having this store to represent their business. Either someone needs to come in and clean house top to bottom or close this location altogether. This location is ran by grossly incompetent staff and really is no surprise considering all the awful things i’ve heard about them. Customer service is completely down the toilet at this location and it’s really sad how they treat dispensing a large Sprite equivalent to rocket science. I would give 0 stars if I could but even that is being extremely generous. I can’t wait for the day this location shuts down for poor performance, if the health department doesn’t get them first.

  We ordered a slush with popping bubbles didn't get that a burger didn't get that yet everything was on the receipt

  I came to this sonic at 10:48pm to just get a slushie I didn’t even wanted anything else and told me it was closed. How is that your time shows that you guys are closed at 11pm. Makes no sense. Not even the first time either.
