  I placed a to-go order for 2 x Chicken Soups and 1 x Brocc Cheddar. I had an intense jaw surgery last week and won't be able to chew any solid food for weeks, so soup is going to be a must-have.. The order came out wrong with 3 x Brocc Cheddar. We went back in and kindly asked for replacements and they made the correction right away. The manager was apologetic, friendly, and helpful. I just want it to be known that the team at this location in Antioch did right by me, even on such a small order.

  Honestly, I canceled my membership and stopped going altogether because the staff members just couldn’t get it together. There are some staff members that just were top-tier, but there were others at the moment. I heard their voice. I knew I was gonna sit through the drive-through for about 8 to 15 minutes. The whole point of having a drink subscription is so that you can do rapid pick up get your drink and get back to what you’re doing with a matter of minutes as opposed to waiting 8 to 15 minutes sometimes 20 minutes to get your orders because the staff don’t know how to use the pull forward method and use the signs out front some do but some also do not. Manager doesn’t really seem to care or else it wouldn’t continue to happen. I just canceled my whole subscription and I’ll go back to drinking another company‘s product. It’s not worth the stress of having to worry about when I get my drink today before I have to get back to my meeting Or did I just waste my entire break driving here for nothing.

  Working in food can be stressful (as someone who has had multiple fast food jobs in the past), and it can be hard to maintain friendliness + a good attitude while in a food business environment. However, Caroline & Ashley set such an amazing tone for this location! Big shout out to those two!

  Have been to this location multiple times now and it has been a pleasant experience. A clean store, friendly service (especially the manager!), and the food was delicious. Panera in general can be a little slow compared to other chains, but considering the size of our order, I thought it came plenty quickly and we had no issues with anything being wrong.
