  The lady working the counter tonight (12/30/25 at 8pm) acted like my husband was an inconvenience to her despite the store being completely empty the entire time he was there. He dared check his phone to make sure he was ordering the right things on my sandwich and she acted like he was ruining her entire day over glancing at our texts for mere moments. She mentioned that online ordering is available, and then she doubled down when he said we don’t do online ordering for this location because our orders never go through properly and we end up having to fight our bank about it because Subway won’t refund us for the messed up order. She then proceeded to make the thinnest most half-assed sandwich she possibly could as if she had a ton to do or something; mind you she was pacing and chatting casually on the phone when he arrived. If he wasn’t watching her make it I’d think she spit in it given her attitude- so Inwouldnt recommend ordering online— never know when her bad day will ruin your food. Upon checkout she then reached over the counter to select ‘no tip’ on his behalf while he was paying (despite the fact that we ALWAYS tip when we go out to eat). At least she made one decision right. Wish people that despise their job would take it out on something other than the customers. Messed with my dinner because she is bitter about something out of our control. How sad. Won’t be back here and I hope she has the day she deserves- since clearly judging by the other reviews she’s welcome to treat as many customers as poorly as she’d like.

  Worst subway i everrrrr been too. I order an BMT sandwich, which was made for a toddler by the way the rep skimmed me on veggies. Then I asked to buy a cup of ice. The lady said she didn't have a cup for ice... meanwhile im standing at counter looking at 50 different size cups. I said why I just can't buy a cup that you have here?... she couldn't tell me why at all. All she said was "no". It's freaking 100 degrees index and I can't even buy ice is insane? I didn't expect it to be free...but I also didn't expect her to say no considering i just spent my money on a scrappy sandwich she made. Losers.

  Bread was old, they made a pizza and put the sauce on top of everything else, apple juice had mold in it.
