- TNTete NokobiOct 15, 20251.0Theres a light-skinned guy at Antioch Pizza Hut and he's arrogant, disrespectful, and condescending towards drivers, especially those of foreign descent. On two occasions, he shouted at me as if I didn't matter in the sustainability of the business. I drive with DoorDash and on receipt of an order at the store, you are required to scan the item to indicate the order has been received by the driver. On, 14 October, 2025, I was at the store at about 11 pm to make a pick up. As soon as he gave the order to me, he yelled at me saying "Move so that I can attend to a new customer". I said to him, "bro, show some respect to drivers, you just gave me the order and I have to input it before I leave the store". He got infuriated and took away the order and drove me out of the store. And this is the second time he has displayed gross disrespect towards me. My inference is that, he lacks self-discipline and has no customer service skills. He needs to be told that, it takes drivers to sustain the business that pays his salary

There just wasn't much to it at all! After the fact, I wish I had added a buck or two and gotten a full pizza from a competitor. The service was mediocre. The cashier that took my order managed a few words. Perhaps, timidity is the reason for what appeared to be reluctance to smile. The restaurant received a very impressive 99% inspection grade which was reassuring. As has always been the case, the lobby area is just so dark. Located at a great spot--corner of Bell Rd. and Murfreesboro Pk.
