  Food taste good. Low stars are for always getting something different than what I ordered. I should not feel like "will it hit or miss this time" each time I order. For some reason when pretty young girls order it's always nice and fresh but when me and my husband order through online it's either stale hard fries or missing items or watery milkshake. It's always different and disappointing. Today I ordered kids meal that shows a picture of a burger with two patties and surprise. got a single sad looking, super small patty that a 4 year old wouldn't be full from. I'm angry and disappointed cuz why when I order with my sisters the food is always amazing but when I do the same with my husband (using his name) the order comes out a mess. Please do better and give the same quality and energy to all your customers.

  Update: 12/30/25 I had to delete and rewrite this review because you asked me to send an email to the address from the order receipt. I sent the email but it got bounced so if you are really serious in resolving the issue then you can provide an email address or phone number to reach out. 12/29/25 Review ​I ordered through their website in advance, but still had to wait 20 minutes after arriving. To make matters worse, the order was completely botched. We caught that the Waffle Fries were missing before we left, but the rest of the errors weren't discovered until we were already driving: we only received 3 wings instead of the 6 we paid for, and the sauce for the Chicken Fingers was not on the side as requested. ​The root of the problem is clear: there were only two people working. These employees were clearly doing their best to manage walk-ins, website orders, and delivery apps while simultaneously cooking in the kitchen, which led to the long wait and the mistakes. ​The owner needs to take accountability. You cannot run a business like this; you need to hire more staff to improve customer service and provide better working conditions for your employees. Because of this poor experience and the missing items, I am requesting a full refund.

  Came here for the first time with a group of friends to celebrate a friend’s birthday and we were blown away by how good the food was. We all tried different items off the menu and we loved every single one. Highly recommended!

  Antioch we’ve been sleeping on Hangry Joe’s. I visited their Bell Rd. Location and let me tell you- customer service AMAZING, Freshness of food- AMAZING, Flavor-AMAZING! 10/10 do recommend. Go see them and tell them Ashley sent you.
