I went through the drive through yesterday between 4-5 after a piss poor day. I was almost in tears which is bad luck on New Year's! (Mostly joking on that but I digress) The young, light skinned lady at the window deserves a raise! I got a tone with my dog saying I didn't need her help drinking my coffee. The woman took a look at me and asked if I wanted a pup cup. Mavi had never had one so I said, "Yes, please." We both laughed at my dog's reaction. (Nobody in the drive thru line or inside). She took the extra time with me and I can't thank her enough. That cup and cream didn't cost your company much money but it made my whole day. Her reaction and comments about Mavi's reaction brightened my whole day. After what I am going through, that wasn't an easy task and I hope you will let them know. Keep her she's a good one.

There was cold foam on the side of my cup. I asked if I could get some napkins and she said there’s some in the bag. My bacon grilled cheese had bacon pieces not bacon slices. I’m sorry I went this location because it felt like they didn’t want to be bothered.

I make my drink simple. Extra large coffee with 16 creams. Super simple. Tell me exactly why I have to drive back up there multiple times a month just to get my coffee fixed the right way. I'm not sure why but they legit make it seem like they mess up on purpose just so when you get back there they laugh at you in your face. I will never tip for people like that and they dont deserve to be working if that's how they really feel about working customer service. They dont service customers by any means and it blows my mind to see the same people every day and nothing changes.

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin in Antioch for a while, but today made it clear this location needs new management. The staff was rude, unprofessional and acted like basic customer service was too much to ask. I asked a simple “what is it” about a menu item I had never seen before, and the girl screamed into the mic. The mic is already so low you can barely hear anything, so yelling was completely out of pocket. And trust me, I get it. None of us want to deal with people asking questions all day. I don’t always want to deal with attitudes either. But there’s a difference between being tired and being disrespectful. You never know what someone is battling, and screaming at a customer over a simple question can be someone’s last trigger. People preparing food and drinks should understand the responsibility that comes with that. There are so many new people moving into this area and nobody should have to deal with this level of energy from a place they’re giving their money to. I came in today ready to pay it forward for the person behind me, and instead I was met with unnecessary disrespect. I’m still choosing to keep my day positive, but this location seriously needs a reset. I was told a Maria is the manager.
