    What an unfortunate experience. My pizza was made quickly and then took an hour & a half to get to my house. (Word to the wise, order through DoorDash if you’re going to order) So my pizza was cold when it got to me. I also specifically asked multiple times in the order to make please leave the pizza at the door and not to knock since it was now 1 in the morning and I live with roommates. Somehow the driver aggressively knocked on the door and managed to wake the whole house up, handed me my cold pizza, and also said the coke I ordered was out of stock so no drink either….yeah, thanks but no thanks.

    I have been a long-time Domino’s Pizza customer in Florida, but I had a terrible experience at this Nashville location. I ordered two pizzas, which were ready on time at 9:58 PM. However, it was 21 °F outside, and they would not allow me to enter the store. To make things worse, they said they had no napkins available, even though we were traveling and planned to eat in the car. I explained that we had three children in the car, but they still refused. Instead, they offered pizza boxes as a substitute, and when I asked for three boxes, they said they could only give me one. This level of customer service was extremely disappointing and not what I expect from Domino’s.

    I am leaving a rating of one star based on the significant issues I experienced with both customer service and management. The app notified me that my order was ready. When I arrived, I learned the order was incorrectly made and had to be remade. I paid with my debit card, and the staff member took my card for several minutes before returning without a receipt. When I requested a receipt, I was told one could not be provided. I went inside and was informed by the General Manager that they were out of paper and could not provide a receipt for several days. He gave me his number and asked me to send my information. I also requested that a picture of my pizza be provided once the order was completed. When I arrived home, the order was still incorrect and the toppings I paid extra for were missing. I attempted to contact the General Manager in good faith to resolve the situation or return the incorrect order. Neither option was made available. This level of service is unacceptable, especially after payment was taken and proper documentation was not provided.
