The staff were so friendly and they covered my food with a napkin to keep it warm and to keep anything from falling in it. The amount of effort the employees demonstrated is so inspiring. Don't visit this location if you want your order correct the first time around. And it wasn't busy at all so why you messing up orders?

Tell me why I call the place around 8:30 to which I get an answer I hear some people in the background and they hang up. They then proceed to not answer any calls for over 15 minutes. All I had to say was I’m unable to eat tajin and to please remove it from the drink seeing how the app has no option. Another problem this location has is that the DoorDash app is setup like a caveman with 0 to none custom options, like no ice, no tajin and so on. Long story short is this Dairy Queen has seen my last dollar all because of some ignorant worker on 2/4/26. Note that my dasher tried asking them to remove it as well and they refused to scrap off the tajin even. Like how rude.
