  Showed up an hour before closing time and workers were closing the store. No service or effort to provide service! No rice and only dried out chicken!!

  Store isn’t open on time. Many people have left. EDIT: they opened the door twenty minutes late. The person who opened the door walked past all the people that were waiting, not even acknowledging us. When we went in, half of the food wasn’t ready, and the other half looked AWFUL. The fajita veggies looked like they had been buried in dirt before being placed in the display case. The beans literally looked like vomit. I asked for a manager so I could submit a complaint. When I told him my frustrations, he just shrugged his shoulders and said we are short staffed. The gentleman said that they couldn’t open until food was ready. First of all, you guys open at the same time every day; how do you not have food prepared? Why aren’t you updating your customers? I get it, things happen, but no one even bothered to acknowledge us. And, for them to display the old regurgitated garbage is honestly pathetic. Yall opened late, there is no excuse to be unprepared. After this service and seeing how disgusting the food was, I may never visit chipotle again.

  I stood in line waiting on the young ladies flirting with male customers. When I got home last night after paying $29 to have super salty food. So salty it burned.

  I’m writing to share a frustrating experience at this Chipotle location. During posted operating hours, the restaurant was closed to customers. However, when I looked inside, employees were clearly present and standing around, but the doors remained locked and no explanation was provided. As a customer, this is confusing and inconvenient. If the location needs to close temporarily, there should be clear signage explaining why and when it will reopen. Otherwise, it gives the impression of poor management and lack of consideration for customers’ time. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that better communication and consistency with operating hours can be ensured moving forward.
