Have gone there often and it's always the same. Nobody greets you and sometimes you wait several mins and the least they could do is acknowledge you and say "I'll be with you right away". Then they take your order and set your bowl down and go to the next person instead of letting you pay and move on. It's seems like you are a bother to them instead of realizing customers is how they get paid. Fire all these people and hire people who know how to be nice and friendly to customers.

I ordered steak and was charged for carne asada. She was over serving customers in front of me (young guys) and under serving others. Neither she nor the cashier were remotely friendly…like they weren’t able to smile…very unhappy employees. Steer clear of this location!
