  I love itzel! She is so nice and so welcoming! She complimented me! She is so pretty!! She was extremely fast and I didn’t even realized I payed until she told me I was all set.

  Pickup took forever and was delayed 3 times. These employees should have better awareness of how long pickup orders are past due. Closing manager on 1/7/26 also did nothing to help out his employees.

  I recently had the chef inspired steak and harissa bowl with no cheese as I am allergic to milk and all dairy. I asked the food preparer about the chicken or steak with harissa and which they prefer and they said Steak. It was less $ than the chicken which is very uncommon. The bowl was delicious and filling. Will be spending my money at Cava over Chipotle or even Tazikis because it was that good. Highly recommend.

  Today 12/18/2025 I had went here to eat the food was undercooked and old then the manager put his hands on a customer (I have video and I will be helping the customer win his lawsuit because if it was the other way around that young black gentleman would have been arrested if he was the aggressor) I will no longer support this business I will be spreading the word and how you get treated being a young black male I will spread awareness on tik tok Facebook instagram Snapchat and threads this has to stop because if that young man would have swing they would have swore he’s in the wrong justice will be served

  This location just opened and I will not be continuing to come to this location even though it is right up the street from me. I came around lunch time. When I walked in, I was not greeted at all. In fact I wasn’t greeted by anyone with a hello -welcome to Cava , how are you doing , anything -until I actually needed to place an order. It was odd because they did not have a line of people waiting. Which was not the experience that I had when they had first open so maybe that’s not something that they actually do on a regular basis. Secondly, they are very skimpy on the meat and ingredients. They even used a regular spoon to serve the feta. I asked for half and half meats and the first time I came, they had a good portion size . But this time It looked like the meat had been sitting, and I did not receive a nice amount especially with the lamb. I received slim pickings with that one. I think I’ll be going to different CAVA until some changes can be made. Hopefully they get it together, Antioch may have a reputation but that doesn’t mean that we can not have food places that offer good customer service and solid food portions.
