We sit for a while and I notice a notification that it is on its way to me. Cool. 5 minutes pass. Nothing. 10 minutes pass. Nothing. 15 pass. Nothing. Finally 20 minutes comes (this is only 20 minutes since it said it was coming out, not including however long we sat. I finally go in to make sure it wasn't brought to the wrong car or something. The most hateful people were at the counter. I show her my phone and where it showed it was supposed to be delivered to the car 20 minutes ago. No apology, no explanation nothing. She walks away to a shelf 5 feet from the register and grabs my food. Brings it back to me, still no apology or anything and rather than hand it directly to me, as I'm standing in front of the counter she just sits it down and walks away. Im absolutely baffled. I get life is stressful at times but this is your job. Unacceptable. If I weren't feeling so tired after working all day, I would've demanded a refund or something. I am genuinely shocked and appalled at the behavior. Don't recommend. You'll get treated like crap and won't get your food for a while 0/10. Save your money.
