  Worst place ever. Messed up orders numerous times (ask for no cheese and yes lots of cheese applied.). Didn’t take accountability for over bagging which caused food to fall out of the bag. Refused to remake meal due to their error. General Manager said even with their fault, it was “too much food lost” to remake it all and only replaced a few items. Buns not toasted as they should be. Provide specific instructions on how to make sandwiches which were BLATANTLY ignored (TWICE IN A ROW). Staff does not care, not to mention incredibly slow. You’re better off going to the McDonald’s or other food locations near by. Terrible place and I will never go there again as long as I live in the state of Tennessee.

  Its 8:00 on a Sunday night. Drive thru is a bad idea. Cold fries and no ketchup for the fries. Wasted my money and time.

  Not sure what the heck is up with the Wendy's on Alcoa Hwy. It is never surprising to find the dining room closed, but usually the drive thru is operating. This evening we witnessed a strange mixture of confusing signals. Only 1 truck in parking lot besides us. It was parked at the side of the building the way someone might if you went through the drive thru line, but they needed you to pull up and wait a moment for them to run one more item out to you. Door was locked. Door handle ripped off. No one stirring inside. So we left and being limited on time ate next door at McDonalds. From out the window of McDonald's we saw two guys in Wendy's uniforms sitting out back of the Wendy's on their butts. Looked like they were taking a smoke break. Wendy's as a franchise is in limp mode. This makes the third one in the chain that is pitiful and needs closed.

  The sweet tea tasted very watered down. The baconator tasted old like it had been sitting out for awhile, very dried out. The fries were okay, hardly salted.
