  I usually don’t review places but I eat here for lunch a lot and the drive thru ppl are amazing around lunch. There’s a guy that is beyond amazing and super nice and it’s very appreciating that there are still good people out here!

  Malachi(ze) is always respectful and welcoming and makes this the best Taco Bell in my city due to his attitude and customer service, truly. I hope he gets the respect and the recognition that he deserves. Thank you man. Stay up

  The food was good but every single time the quesadillas are stuck all over the bag and it tears them apart trying to get them out. Maybe put these things in a box, I’m a bit tired of trying to surgically remove them from the bag just to get food that’s intact. Not to mention they never fail to forget entire parts of my order every single time.

  Matthew P was my cashier through the drive through. Sat in line for 10 minutes to order, didn’t ask if I wanted any sauces or anything… corrected me rudely when I didn’t know what was on a taco, proceeded to wait another 10 minutes for my food and gave me a shattered disgusting hard taco.. went back in line they refused to meet me at the door for a single free replacement taco instead insisting I wait another 15 minutes in line . Couldn’t meet me at door “lobby is closed“. This location is trash every time I come. I’m done. You all need to do better. I work in a restaurant and my employees would never get away with that.

  I placed my order through the app for instore pickup. I Waited 5 minutes and drove there. I arrived about 10 minutes later. The doors were locked. I called and was told they only had the drive through open. There was a line wrapped around for drive through, which is why I use the app for pickup. I called and asked for them to cancel my order and issue a refund, which already shows pending on my bank app. (Debit card). I am told they can't cancel the order and I have to use the app. I log into the app to cancel and I am not able to, since the "order is being made". I have already had to wait in a drive through line for over 30 minutes to get my order, while every other fast food restaurant I see is moving people through non-stop. I'm typing this while still sitting here.
