Way overpriced! Two burgers with medium drinks and one order of fries was over $40.00. I could have got gourmet burgers at a 5 Star Restaurant for less than that.

Always a win! Friendly and efficient service - really - complimentary smiles every time. Love the veggie sandwich, and the fries are without fail hot, crispy, and delicious.

Phenomenal eating experience! After a long day of work, my husband and I decided to splurge for a dinner out. We were floored with the freshness and attention to detail of our dine in order. We learned it was Walter’s first day working the fries, and he SLAYED giving us the PERFECT crispy, golden batch of potatoes we’ve ever had from Five Guys. We made sure to personally thank the manager as well as the entire staff including Walter for the outstanding meal. Five Guys made a long Monday work day end with such caloric joy! Thank you for a job well done!

Always like coming here on Saturday on my lunch break! I work for FedEx and deliver packages here but Saturday is the only day I have time and I always look forward to it!

I went to five guys today, order id AABMWNKWACA7, and had the worst experience ever- to the point where I will never eat at a five guys ever again. I have celiac’s disease and am extremely sensitive to cross contamination. Normally, I trust this 5 guys because of the (I think manager) staff being nice and helpful, however, today I was faced with an extremely uncomfortable situation. I was just sitting there watching my food being made when I watched a girl, named Josie, touching the buns for another burger and then touching the burger patties, yes touching the actual burger patties. I’m not sure if she was trying to feel the temperature or what she was doing, however this caught my attention so I continued to watch. Then, when the burgers were ready she put the 2 on the other burger., with a bun, continuing to touch the bun, then went over and grabbed the burger for mine and again touched it with her gloves that had just touched the buns before putting it in my bowl. When I asked the other girl about it she threw away that bowl and started to make a new one, when Josie asked what happened, it was explained to her and she started saying “that didnt happen” “why does it matter” and so on, loud enough for me to hear while waiting. I immediately no longer wanted my food and I just wanted a refund and to leave, as an allergy is not something that should be shamed in the way Josie was acting. Additionally, Josie kept looking at me and rolling her eyes, continued to talk to the other employees about it, and was visibly upset. I’m sorry but my allergies are not an inconvenience to Josie, the only person it affects is me. And I told the other girl I was sorry and that I will just get extremely sick with any cross contamination. Safe to say, my food was thrown away, and I am now spending my time starving and crying. So thank you Josie for the awful customer service and for taking one of my 5 safe places to eat in Tennessee away. Oh also love the hair in my food!
