- BGbro guyNov 20, 20251.0on this way I am a regular at the Alcoa Highway wendy's location and clearly I am not welcome. this afternoon at 8PM today I went into the Wendy's that was open and was reprimanded by the manager, A young lady. she said that she was not helping me with food because "the dining room closes at 8" I never heard this before and every time I have gone until this point was not particularly eventful, there was nobody else in line and they had no food on their screen. the manager was not interested in helping me and our conversation stopped there, I walked away and will not be going to any Wendy's location. I walked home after work with no food and it was 8 exactly when I walked into the dining room. the sheer laziness and disrespect towards a customer who regularly comes in pays cash and keeps to himself was too much and I wanted you to know what was going on in your stores, very disheartening never again.

Through the windows I saw them place my order into Mobile Order pick up area. Cool deal, but the dining room is closed, so obviously I can’t pick up my order inside of the door is locked! Had to let my kids eat in the car, and didn’t have anywhere to throw away trash. Frustrating. Disappointing. Straight up horrible experience.
