  Gm brought non employees into back of store and left fresh pizza and wings sitting on table next to oven in boxes to get cold rather than putting them in hotbox or give them to people waiting at the counter for them if honestly recommend any other store over this one

  Don't waste your time here. So the store Mgr is collen, it you wanna call her that. So the other day I got online and ordered from Pizza Hut.com. ordered pick up and went in there to pick up my pizza and breadstick deal I order. It was a deal on the app so I was forced to push the prompts together to order the pizza then add a dollar to the breadsticks to make them cheese sticks so that's what my order was. When I went in I delt with another employee in the beginning, she asked my name, I gave it and she told me my total as she reached back and put one pizza on the counter in front of me. I knew I also had cheese bread sticks but I just figured they hadn't grabbed the box yet so I went ahead and paid the total she asked for with my credit card. Once I paid I let the employee know that I also had cheese bread sticks. She told me I ordered only a pizza and that was that. I said no because I actually ordered a deal where the pizza and breadsticks working combined so that's when the general manager Colleen came over. She said the same thing that I ordered just a pizza and then ask me how I ordered. I told her I ordered online and she proceeded to call me a liar in front of the store saying that it shows that I used a call center and spoke with someone as she gave me a smug look. When I informed her I did not, she did not ask for the email I used or anything, she repeatedly said I was lying to her about how I made the order instead of trying to fix the situation because I was already charged by her store. I asked her repeatedly what I was charged for and what my order said and if she would have looked into it she would have seen that they were charging me for someone else's order. I noticed later on my email that I had ordered breadsticks and pizza but an auto fill issue on my Chrome browser sent it to another Pizza Hut location. Miss you if she didn't listen to the name I gave then gave me the wrong order and charged me on my card it's too ignorant to listen and understand that they gave me someone else's order and charged me because the two totals were not even correct but close enough for me to not notice in the beginning when I walked in and was charged. (Within $2)I'll admit I got very upset in that restaurant after the general manager of the store called me a liar over and over(with customers in the store standing there watching)when all she would have had to do was ask for my email and look it up on her computer in front of her. I ended up pushing the pizza off the counter in the box and walking out frustrated and not even receiving my money back. This is not the first inconsiderate and horrible manager in this store they've had repeated issues with the store and keeping a general manager that understands customer service. It's pretty easy to look up how many gen managers have been there in the last 4 years. I expect an hourly employee to act like this but a general manager having no patience or understanding that a grown 40 year old man understands what he ordered and that he would not say he ordered online when he used a call center and you just charged his debit card. The reason why they kept saying I used the phone and called in was because they had charged me for someone else's order that actually used their phone and called in the order. I'm sure she noticed her mistake once I left and the original person that ordered the pizza came in for their pie. And yes my initial mistake was somehow ordering my meal from the wrong store but it never got figured out because of a unprofessional manager.
