  Problems with my order today include the omission of an extra slice of cheese I paid for as well as not providing sauce for the nuggets. I'm leaving this review so they can improve.

  The drive through is never open when they say it is, food is always rushed, and not to mention the inside of the place is always so so so disgusting.

  If I could, I would give-5 stars! I placed an online order and clicked on the Alcoa highway location! When I was finished, I noticed it said the order was waiting at a Texas location! Never had that problem til today! I went to the location I originally chose and I couldn't believe how bad that place has gotten! Not only did the employees not greet me in, but they were just standing around doing idk what! There was a heavy set female who.very rudely told me they were closed (it was only 8ish pm) and I told her I had an online order and the whole story! She said "yeah well Idk what to tell you other than to cancel it" so I asked how and handed her my.phone! She took it and fiddled with it before saying "idk but we're closing" and I had to snatch my phone back! I said."ok whatever" and that's when she started cussing me out and calling me names! Soooooooo unprofessional and so immature!!!! I have thick skin and I don't let childish nonsense bother me! Miserable.People are just that! I will never be back to that location ever again! Honestly, that place has been horrible for.sometome, and should be shut down! Especially considering the whole.place smelled like Marijuana! Which is probably why they were "closing" honestly! McDonald's, DO BETTER!!!!!! SMDH

  Every time I come here I get cold fries and cold burgers. and it's not just this location it's all locations in Maryville/ Alcoa. I don't eat McDonald's very much but every time I do I get cold food.

  People are very friendly here.There was a gentleman in lobby who greeted us when we came in which was very nice.The lady behind counter came out to let me know that my chicken was down cooking and would be a moment.We received great customer service and our food was delicious and fresh.Keep up the great work.
