You can see it on their faces and in their body language. It is probably the worst location of the 5 in Blount county. . I don't eat here hardly ever but my daughter loves the nuggets so I go often. That's usually all I get but I was so hungry after shopping I got a double cheese burger. There was something burnt on it, so it was inedible. That'll teach me to go against my better judgement next time. 😂

Drove to first window to pay, nobody in sight so I rolled to the second, still can't see anyone. I roll backwards to see if maybe I missed em and THEN someone appears at the second window. Was then made to wait for 15 minutes with not a soul in the parking lot, was reassured my food would be fresh just to get home and my fries have been sitting for ATLEAST 30 minutes. They're basically mush. Corporate will hear this EXACT complaint as well.

Never had an issue at this McDonald’s! There was one night that it was just Grayson and one other worker and they still got my order perfect with no issues! This is my favorite McDonald’s to go to!

They would've had five stars except once you hit their blindspot, you can get forgotten. At least twice I've been asked to pull forward or into a spot in the drive thru. And both times I waited for over 10 min for my food. Once almost 20min. Also, I've had folks not notice I was in the outer drive thru lane after first contact. Taking 3 cars who rolled up in the inner lane after me. Just avoid the blind spots and this place will be perfect.
