  This is by far the worst Chipotle in the city unfortunately it's the only one in maryville without having to drive to Knoxville the staff sucks they're always rude especially the guys that work the night shift on Fridays and Thursdays they never have fresh meat ready and when you request it they always give you some reason they can't do something I think out of the 10 times we've been there only twice have they not been out of a condiment topping or menu item, 2 weeks straight they were out of hard shell tacos and if you're going between the hours of 8:30 p.m. and closing just forget it go somewhere else everything is dried out everything looks like it's been sitting there for 5 hours without flipping them I worked at a Chipotle for 2 years I know the standards they're supposed to be keeping that place too and I know what kind of service they're expecting to get they have a 99 percent on their food score which is great too bad the service is more like a 9%

  I understand why this location is rated so low. Included half of what I wanted in my bowl. I understand wanting to get out of a shift but dont accept orders if you're not going to fulfill them, just seems lazy.

  Don’t know why everyone gave such bad reviews. The service was good. The tables were clean and the food was better than other chipotle’s I have had. Good job.

  Server was terrible, bad attitude and rude to coworkers and customers, clearly having a bad day or hates her job or both. Food was average, much better at a dozen Mexican restaurants nearby. Doubt that we'll be back...ever.

  Ordered a burrito and a regular sized chips with cheese dip off DoorDash. It costed around $40 with a small but fair tip to the dasher. I can’t believe they are charging that kind of money based on what I received. The food quality is school food and food completely regret ordering from this place. I was expecting it to be the best burrito I would ever have for the the cost. It was not. Very cheap ingredients and filled to the brim with filler items such as cheap rice and sour cream and other low cost items. I am honestly confused about the prices based on what I received. Probably the worst money I’ve spent on something in a long time. It really sucked. I can’t believe they’re charging this much. I will send a report to the BBB and want to inform my community to avoid this chain at all costs! I am very disappointed and Chipotle will be held accountable for their greed. I will never order anything from here again. I hope they get shut down and leave the area for scamming their customers. Do not give this company any money. Thank you for your time.
