We had dropped our kids off at a youth event and needed somewhere to hang out while we waited to go back to pick them up. The restaurant was super busy, but we didn't wait long for a table. Where we sat, we saw they had a set up an area for to go orders. They had A LOT of them and were very organized with it all. They made sure the orders went to the right people. That is what had us wait a little bit for our order to be taken. No biggie since we were not in a rush and were there to relax. We got our food in good time and it was very good. Last time I ate at a Buffalo Wild Wings was when our kids were very little. I was disappointed with the food at that location. The Alcoa location did not disappoint. Every staff member we interacted with was very friendly and very efficient. They still took good care of us even though it was crazy busy. Definitely will come back to this location in the future. :-)

- JPJoe PettiboneJan 4, 20261.0Well we came in waited 2 1/2 minutes for someone to take our order and about a minute to order 36 wings which takes roughly at least 15 minutes not including sauces but we received our food 3 1/2 minutes later so we received wings that were pre cooked microwaved and given to us by a manager we got home they tasted frozen and microwaved tough the meat was like sawdust the skin was rubbery and of course the smallest wings in the industry at nearly a $1.55 per half wing or $3.10 per real chicken wing getting sub par pre cooked microwaved wings is a joke
