- MGMichelle Gendron5 days ago1.0Went through the Chipoltlane to pick up dinner. Ordered a chicken bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, fajita veggies, mild and hot salsa, lettuce and cheese. And a steak salad. For the bowl, we got the new Baja chicken on white rice, no salsa, no beans, no fajita veggies, corn salsa, no lettuce and some cheese. To add to it, there was cilantro cream sauce and brownish guacamole on top. For the salad, literally lettuce, steak and cheese. No dressing. No salsa as requested. So the recap is they got the lettuce, steak and cheese correct. No salsa, no sour cream, no fajita veggies. So to recap, they got the cheese part correct. Couldn’t eat the bowl due to a mild avocado allergy. Tried to call… the phone states that they “were not answering the phone at this time”. If I didn’t live so far out, they would’ve gotten a return customer-in the sense that they would’ve replaced the order with a correct order. Reading the other reviews, I am not alone in my experience.

I ordered the Burrito Bowl, Chicken (Extra Chicken) White Rice, Black Beans, Cheese and a Large Side Order of Guacamole. Everything seemed so fresh and taste so good until the Chicken set my mouth on Fire 🔥🔥 It was so Hot (Spicy) that I could not even eat it! The Chicken had some kind of red pepper spice on it and I could not even eat it! I removed the chicken and still could not eat it. I tried... Chipotle is one of my favorite places to order from. So I learned a good lesson today.
