  Alex kept repeating lobby closes in5 mins Another customer was waiting on his order Alex very loudly made sure to tell the new cashier that this was the last order in lobby.A customer came in from the side door.Alex told her the lobby was closed the customer said I was in the DT but I was just going to get some ice cream. Alex said very rudely yeah everyone else is too.She then placed the order.She then yelled across the counter at me ma'am the lobby closed at 9 I said my kids would finish their food and we would leave.She then kept telling other staff members we wouldnt leave.I repeated myself I told you my family will finish our food&then we will leave&she had poor customer service The sign says the lobby closes at 10.She yelled back it is written at the top it closes at 9.Then a lady walked up to our table and explained we close the lobby at 9 so that I can clean the bathrooms.If you are going to close your lobby earlier than the actual posted times, make it bigger so it catches peoples attention&change the actual closing times on the sign.The other night when we were there Alex had mopped everywhere except where we needed to walk to exit we were there after 9&nothing was said

  Got the 4 free cones and a dipped cone and box of dilly bars, and I ate 2 free cones inside at dairy queen

  Food was half cooked and service was ok, upon asking why everything has changed, employees were not sure what new boss is doing. Living away far more than 4 hours and he cant handle it, about to close down the store or Dq will take it back. Lots of complain, upon checking the health report in the news paper i found out that i never would be back in there.
