  Have made a few online orders via doordash, I normally don't leave bad reviews but at this point its a repeated issue, My order always consists of the same thing either 2 spicey big crunches or 2 zinger boxs with coleslaw, fries, and a drink. Every single time I have ordered they have messed up the order. 2 spicey big crunch, one will have regular mayo the other spicey, its like they grab the wrong one and then realize after they grabbed the wrong one and create the second one properly but dont bother to fix the first one maybe thinking its just mayo no one will complain? Same has happened with the zinger boxs, or we will be missing the drinks or the coleslaw will have a really weird taste like its gone bad and will leave this weird soapy aftertaste in your mouth. We won't be ordering from here anymore, its consistant issues and good luck getting ahold of anyone during business hours. They dont seem to answer their phones.

  Horrible customer service! I messed up an on online order, was no way to cancel the order through the app tried to call kfc directly to switch the order got an automated option pressed 1 to talk to a sales rep, and low and behold no one answered 15 times in a row!!!! Been trying to call them for roughly 20 minutes DURING BUSINESS HOURS and no one is answering! Since the new owners took over the service and food has gone to absolute garbage, this will be the LAST TIME I purchase from this fast food joint.... 150$ order and I cant even get through to them directly to have it fixed and altered when it would still cost the exact same! What business doesnt answer their phones for over 20 minutes of back to back repeat calling??? U Just sit there and listen to it ring????

  ​"This KFC is incredibly cheap. They literally ration the ketchup—only two packets per person. If you're dining in, don't expect a tray unless you beg for it. It's ridiculous how much they're pinching pennies."

  Came for a simple order: 1 chili crunch burger and 1 chili crunch fries. But no, I can’t have those by themselves I have to order the combo so they can make more money. It says on the website that they can be ordered separately so we tried to then it took 10 minutes just for them to say we can’t order it, ended up going to Popeyes. At Popeyes there’s no wait and you get better food anyways. 1 star.

  smelled like sewer? bathroom was a sauna. Great food though
