    Manager James seems like a really nice guy. Staff we're very busy, lobby and washroom are decent but could use a little elbow grease. Parking lot is clean. Food was okay.

    I came 5 minutes before closing without knowing they close at 1 and this is what i was given. I only ordered a small drink and the man was very rude then handed it to me and quickly shut the window. Once I realized how poorly made it was i waited there while he was standing at the window pretending like I wasn’t there, and completely ignored me. I know how it feels when customers come in close to closing but no matter what you are still required to serve them correctly. I will not be going back.

    I'm not the type of person that would usually complain, but today is the last time I will be ordering from mcdonald's. I doordashed a couple orders of hotcakes. The order specifically said hotcakes WITH SYRUP (who the hell eats hotcakes without it?) and my order arrived without syrup. Instead of either of them correcting their mistakes, all they could do is offer me 3$ (which wont even cover a new order of syrup) and an apology. Like, correct your mistake! I wouldnt have cared as much if they had. But no, now I have to walk all way to the grocery store to get syrup and my hotcakes wont even be warm when I get back. Its not fair. This is not first time they've screwed up on my order, but if they cant even correct the mistake they made, then why the hell do they deserve my buisness?
