Last night I went through the drive through not only did they not say anything to me other then my total at the window but then I also had to wait for my meals and they didn’t let me know which was something we always used to do if a customer had to wait, but when I got home they forgot my gravy. I called to inform them and the person on the phone told me to come back to get it. I told them I wasn’t coming back, because I didn’t want my food to be cold. When I went to sit down to eat my fires were cold and already getting hard on top of that half empty. My partners burger was ice cold and half of my chicken strips were ice cold as well. I’m not really sure what has happened to this Dairy Queen when it used to be a place that people travelled to, to get something to eat but now the service is crappy and half the time your food is cold or half empty. I was not impressed in the slightest and very disappointed in what the business had become

Right away, we noticed it tasted strange — not like the usual Brisk iced tea, more like old or off-brand powder, and it even had a weird texture, almost like crystals you have in the powder ice tea in it.About 20–30 minutes later, we both started feeling really sick — nausea, stomach pain, and just overall unwell. That was the only thing we both had all day, so we’re pretty sure the iced tea was the cause. Just wanted to let you know so you can check your iced tea and drink machines in case there’s something off with them.
