  Best Subway in the city!!! The 2nd time I went in there the woman working remembered my order. Its like clock work anytime I go in. Always so friendly and clean. Bread is always fresh. I stop here weekly now 🙊

  I do not usually leave negative reviews, but this Subway location has been a repeated disappointment. We have had ongoing issues here with unfriendly staff, coupons not being accepted, and the app not being accepted. Today was the final straw. We arrived well before closing, yet the door was locked as we arrived, even though the sign on the door and the online hours both showed they should still be open. The employee showed no concern saying they were going to do paperwork and we were not the only customers affected. 2 other cars arrived at the same time, and between all of us, the store missed out on the sale of at least 12 subs plus drinks and extras. The lack of professionalism and the repeated poor experiences compel me to warn others to avoid this location. We ended up going to the 51st Street location, and so did the other customers, where we received excellent service. Advice: Avoid disappointment and drive the extra 3 minutes to get much better service at the 51st street location!

  Both the girls are good at customer service. Hopefully requesting the owner to raise their pay.
