Walked in with my friend… here’s my perspective. We walk in, I walk in first to confirm they have gluten free bread. The place looks fairly tidy and well maintained for a subway. My friend enters in, a male employee greets us. After exchanging a quick hello… said employee grabs a fresh pair of gloves, does not wash his hands. My friend tells him due to some diary restrictions he need remove his gloves, wash his hands, wipe the counters and replace his gloves. He looks at her annoyed. She also states due to cross contamination risk he needs to get the veggies from their prep containers and what toppings she can’t have him touch. He lips off that it’s all fresh and that it should be good enough. He goes to the back and a female coworker comes out. My friend explains all the same things. She also attempts to put on gloves before washing her hands. But does comply when asked to. My friend then says the counter needs to be washed prior to her sandwich being made. Employee says she can put down papers as she just washed the counters (evidence to the contrary). Again she is asked to wash the counters and told that will not help in this case. She says she can wipe it with the sanitary solution and cloth. My friend asks if she can wash it, the employee insists on wiping with the sanitary solution. My friend and leave after she says absolutely not. I am beyond shocked and peeved as it is common for allergies and sensitivity to be a worry for many people. I don’t have any and appalled for someone who has need of accommodation beyond their control to be treated so rudely and disrespected in this way.

I have dietary restrictions. A friend and I went there today. Ultimately, we walked out and got nothing. I had to ask for the server to wash their hands because they did NOT, I asked them to change their gloves, I explained what I needed and the server refused to comply with washing both sides of the cutting boards, and the silver counter below. Having attitude and making unpleasant faces at these requests. Was not willing to grab from the fresh prep containers in the counters behind them. (We were the only customers so this was not a rush or inconvenience to anyone but the servers) Anyways, we were not impressed and truly disappointed. The only positive notes, they said hello when we walked up, and the store area itself looked clean. If you have dietary or odd requests, I do not recommend this location. Yes a complaint was lodged to the subway website, i am waiting for a response. The only thing I wish, is for it to be corrected for future customers to feel welcome without feeling like a hassle when it already is not ideal that we have allergies or diseases for dietary restrictions. All customers should feel valued, welcome and be fed safely.

“Loved how fresh everything tasted, super quick service too. Definitely coming back!”I visited this location today morning while traveling from Calgary to Saskatchewan. I had a great experience—the store was very neat and clean, and both girls working in the morning were extremely nice and welcoming. They provided excellent service and made my sandwich perfectly. Really appreciated the friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience at Subway thanks to Ramandeep Kaur! She is very active, friendly, and provides excellent customer service. She handled everything quickly and with a smile, making the visit really pleasant. It’s always nice to see someone so dedicated and hardworking. Keep up the great work! 😊
Staff was not paying attention left standing at the front for a few minutes until I noticed a doorbell, instead of making my sandwich to completion, she start to take other orders, the second girl comes from the back, and proceeds to continue my sandwich, after I paid and she gave me my change while wearing the gloves, she than proceeded to make the second customers sandwich while wearing the same gloves she just handled money with. I had to say something.
These staff and the manager and owner need to be educated on customer service and proper food handling .
