  I ordered from this store online, and I tried to tell someone on call, but the girl on the phone didn’t listen and hung up on me and probably blocked me later as I tried calling again. It didn’t work . Would not recommend. You guys need to teach your staff that if you’re busy, to put on hold, not to block them.

  Typically fast food lacks in customer service as it’s considered lazy food. However, I believe his name was Leo, lovely gentleman had a great attitude, took the fast food attitude out of fast food.

  I come here very often and every time I’m usually I’m super satisfied with my food, service, etc. But tonight we had 2 workers who couldn’t hear me after I repeated my order 3 times, and put the wrong sauce and instead of making a new sandwich they proceeded to SCOOP up the sauce which mixed up all the food together and basically messed up my order since I got it toasted and now I have not-roasted ham and turkey on my sandwich. I’m extremely dissatisfied and I wouldn’t recommend going at night when the staff clearly cannot hear. There’s a hearing aid services store next door incase they needed it.
