  I had the absolute worst and most bizarre experience in the drive through today. First I had an employee lie to me and tell me a combo item didn't exist anymore when I know that isn't the case. I could tell he was new, and lied instead of figuring out the actual issue. Then the roder cuts off at the speaker halfway through, and another employee asks for my order. Im obviously confused and stumble over my words a bit before that employee cuts off as well. Then the first employee comes back after a solid 2 minutes of waiting on silence, and restarts my order again to my confusion. Absolutely terrible service in the drive through.

  I ordered two coffees, but I accidentally punched one with milk even though I wanted both black. They had already made the one with milk, but they still gave me two black coffees as I requested. It was a really great gesture from the man who gave me coffees

  I want to share my today’s experience, actually I fell near the entrance and it was really painful that time but your one of manager came to help me, i was literally crying over there and he took me to washroom and later brought my food to the table and I noticed that he came back a few times to check if I was okay. He really tried his best to help me in every possible way. I truly want to thank him for his kindness and support.
