  I went to pickup my online order , the girl in the kitchen was eating fries near fryer she didn’t wash her hands after eating fries and starting packing the fries without washing her hands. Then she dropped our wings and never washed hands after dropping the raw wings. When i asked her she said she can drop another wings for me but this is what I didn’t ask for. She is continuously touching her face and lips while working in kitchen. I also work in food industry it is completely unacceptable. She is not following food safety standards.she Needs more training . Never going to visit again.

  I had to drive away without even getting any food. I ordered a 4.49 slider combo and 1 drumstick. Asked about drink. Seemed confused then asked about slider combo again and again asked the drink which I answered again. I get to the window and she doesn’t tell me the total just asks to pay. I asked how much. She said $13 something. I said for a slider combo and 1 drumstick? She said no 2 slider combos and 1 drumstick. I said no just 1 slider combo and 1 drumstick. She says $11 something! What?!? I asked how much for the drumstick then since the slider combo is 4.49. She said oh no that sign is old forgot to take it down. What the heck?!?! How is that my issue? I decided to abandon my hopes of lunch then. She struggled so much to communicate and then to have posted deals but no honor them?!? Also it seems so shady just to ask for payment and not give the price. This is definitely not the first time there has been a language barrier but it was a first for me to abort my order entirely.

  I think we're past the point now where KFC can be taken seriously as a real food outlet, it should be reclassified to "for entertainment purposes only".

  We came last night for a bite and saw a guy working by himself. He was handling the orders and making the food. The guy before us we being incredibly rude to him not understanding that the restaurant was understaffed. Even after that the employee was still very friendly to us and took as well as delivered our order to us very efficiently. Just thought he deserved some mention. It was the gentlemen who was working the late shift on March 29th

  Came here around 10:30 pm. Stood at the cashier till for 15 minutes and no one came to take my order. It turned out that both of the employees were in the freezer for that period of time leaving no one at the front to respond to customers.
