  Gotta stop giving this location a shot. Used to be one of the best... But every time I've gone in the last year my chicken has come out drier than my cremated parents. Overcooked or 90% breading. Getting it made fresh doesn't help.

  Talk about the worst customer service any business can have. We can from out of town and were staying at a Saskatoon hotel. When we ordered food, we had mentioned that we needed napkins and cutlery for 10 people. Our fault that we forgot to ask for plates, however when the food arrived we got nothing. We called the store and was told they could send it over but now there was a $7 delivery charge. Not sure how you forget to send the items needed and then charge us for it. With the amount of competition in this city for places to get chicken, you can guess where I won't be going. And that includes when I do team lunches for my store as well!

  Paper box is sucks and the staff say it is not there issue. Food drops because the bad quality paper and all on the ground.

  Filthy and smelly. Ice dispenser didn't work. Waited for food only to be given cold soggy 2pcs meals instead of chicken tender meals. Took the food back to the counter and was told they gave us chicken because we would have had to wait for them to cook the tenders. Hmm, that's not what we ordered though.
