She took our order quickly, stayed polite and composed even when we were ordering and canceling multiple times, and guided us through the menu with clear explanations. She even helped in the kitchen while serving us diligently and respectfully, which really stood out. Sadly, I couldn’t get her name, but her service was exceptional. When we asked for extra mayo, a male staff member started yelling at her so loudly the whole store could hear, simply because she gave three packets instead of two. She was only trying to meet the customer’s needs, and his behavior toward her was not at all pleasing to witness.

She’s always really polite and has this constant smile that makes the interaction so pleasant. Her service is consistently great, and she even remembered my order from my previous visits, which I really appreciated and was really flattered. She is always coming to the table and asking if we need anything or want a refill. She definitely adds to the overall experience, and l’d recommend Wayback not just for the food but because of employees like her who do their job so well.
