Problem was server was hard to understand and she didn’t get the gluten free bun on the second burger. We got home and realized the mistake. They didn’t give us a receipt and I guess I should have asked for one to double check before we took it home.

She took our order quickly, stayed polite and composed even when we were ordering and canceling multiple times, and guided us through the menu with clear explanations. She even helped in the kitchen while serving us diligently and respectfully, which really stood out. Sadly, I couldn’t get her name, but her service was exceptional. When we asked for extra mayo, a male staff member started yelling at her so loudly the whole store could hear, simply because she gave three packets instead of two. She was only trying to meet the customer’s needs, and his behavior toward her was not at all pleasing to witness.
