- SSSheenaDec 21, 20251.0This was quite a disappointing experience overall. The customer service is lacking. Instead of attempting to correct the issue they refuse to accept accountability. The subs were definitely below Subway typical standards. When I asked for a bag for my four footlong sandwiches, she refused and said bags are for delivery. My daughter works at Subway, so we know how much meat is supposed to be on the sub. They only put half the amount. We ordered a BLT sub and they put two raw straps of bacon. We ended up throwing out 3 of the 4 sandwiches we ordered. They skimped on the toppings, so we would have been eating just bread. We actually ordered from firehouse subs instead of arguing to get the order corrected. Now that is what a sub should look like. Subway used to be our top fast food restaurant. This location is overcharging and under serving the correct portions. Checkout our turkey sub pictured below. That's sad!
