There was an active promotional offer that included a fountain drink; however, the store does not have a fountain machine available. Customers should not be offered items that the location is unable to provide. This creates confusion and feels misleading. In addition, the staff’s behavior during my visit was unprofessional and unhelpful. Instead of explaining the situation politely or offering an alternative solution, the interaction felt dismissive and discourteous. I understand that equipment or supply issues can happen, but clear communication and respectful customer service are essential. I hope management addresses both the advertising accuracy and customer service standards at this location.

Very kind, and very active on solutions. He assured me I was right for having my concerns, and hes working on a solution. Thank you for understanding. I've always had amazing service at this location.
