I have visited this store on three separate occasions, and each time the washroom was out of service. This situation is very disappointing and inconvenient for customers. If the washroom cannot be maintained properly, it should be removed from the store altogether rather than being left in a non-functional state. Because of this repeated issue, I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly advise other customers to avoid it as well until proper facilities are provided. I kindly ask that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure customers have access to clean and functioning facilities
- MSMark SoisethOct 2, 20254.0I was the only customer in the place, but the server acted as if I was ruining her day. The server forgot to add any sauce. So, when I reminded her, she obviously wanted to take revenge, and soaked my sandwich in sauce. I ate half of it, with sauce dripping everywhere. Tomorrow I will disassemble the rest of the sandwich and clean it off and make it into a new sandwich.
