  I had a disappointing experience at this location recently. I arrived at approximately 6:47 PM and was acknowledged by a barista (beyonce) but after waiting 5 minutes she continued preparing drinks, I was told that they were no longer taking orders. This has now happened to me twice at this same location by the same barista. I completely understand closing procedures and time constraints, but the interaction felt inconsistent and unprofessional, especially since I was present before being informed that orders had stopped. Clear communication and consistent service would really improve the customer experience. I hope management can address this to ensure customers are treated fairly and informed promptly.

  You guys should find a new potato producer , god damn you guys never have potatoes. And when you do they’re all mushy with warts .. and the strawberries are always boarderline molding .. what the heck.. why can’t the product be just abit better, given the fact it’s super expensive as is

  Bought a papaya, limes, almonds, & avocado. Papaya went straight into the garbage- rancid. Almonds making my stomach sick. Threw them away. Now my avocados are rancid, & just tried to squeeze a lime & no juice inside it. Your food is garbage, all of you people should be ashamed you charge an arm & a leg for zero quality. Pathetic excuse of a grocery store.

  One of the worst retail experiences I ever had in my life. I noticed the ad sign had a price that was different from the price of the register. I went to the customer service counter for clarification . I asked if he could help me out, he replied there’s no way that would be that price, then after he took label off the shelf, while I came back to get my refund. Shady, absolutely shady! I will drive 25 minutes to the other Savon foods on eighth Street if I wanna shop Savon foods again. Luckily, other stores match their prices so I don’t have to worry.

  This is the third time, on three separate occasions that the produce I bought from there has been bad, not just a little bad, the broccoli has brown mushy spots - I bought it the day it was prepared and it was two separate containers. Since it was a ready made veggie tray I did not get to pick the quality of product - I have to assume that the quality of the food is safe to eat. This isn't just a gross product this is now a food safe issue. Again, this is the third time that the produce has been a food safety issue. That is the only reason they are getting a bad review. The staff and rest of the store are alright.
