Our order showed it was ready at least 10 minutes before we arrived, but when my husband went in to pick it up, he was completely ignored by two employees. One was on the phone and didn’t acknowledge him, while the other came to the counter, stared at him, and walked away. Even after finishing her call, the employee continued doing other tasks without helping. Eventually they cashed him out, but the whole interaction was unprofessional and uncomfortable. Whatever issues the staff were having should not affect customers. We will not be returning.

They waited till after I tipped to tell me this. Haven’t had the food yet but am expecting it the fine. While I waited 4 other people came in for their order and none of them were done. Don’t expect them to accurate to their time estimates.
