- NNNemesis2 days ago1.0Went here for lunch today with my family. Service was good, our server was 👌, ate 2 bowels of soup and bit of my chicken carbanara. I had the rest packed up to go witch the server did. When i got home i had long stands of HAIR intertwined in my food absolutely disgusting!!!!! I have no hair so that is absolutly not my hair and obviously got there from your cooks!!! I had to throw away my whole meal. I am beyond furious as there was quite a few strands of hair in that, not just 1!!!!!

Today was very different, the service we received today was very poor, almost frustrating. We are a family of seven. We came in after the lunch rush, so it wasn't very busy. We were seated, we than waited 20-25 min before weet our server. We had to beg for refills, my wife ordered the soup and salad combo. She was hard pressed to get a second soup. Our meals came out very much in two waves. By the time the second wave came the first people were 10 minutes into eating there meal. For how much it costs to eat at Olive Garden, it was a very disappointing lunch. I hope next time it goes better.
