  Food has been consistently about average from McDonald’s if not better however they need to sand and shave down the ruts in the parking lot. Obviously, their budget or planning for snow removal is not enough. Skating rink.

  And the award for the laziest bunch of workers goes to Hampton Village McDonalds. Terrible customer service and manner. Came on New Year’s Day. The way the lady in white sweater was talking to the guests was textbook rude when the shop wasn’t even busy. Terrible and not recommended at all, especially with young kids of impressionable ages.

  This is has to be a joke where delivery drivers have to go to specific room which is legit 10 steps away from the counter. All the staff members are absolutely replying like robot it’s just delivery room feel absolutely discriminated. I understand if it was like a super busy and where it is somewhere away from main counter/till area. Management needs to looks into it. Feels humiliated TBH. “AGAIN DELIVERY ROOM AND MAIN COUNTER/TILL AREA ISFEW STEPS AWAY”

  Stopped in at 5pm, not a person in the drive thru, ordered my food and had to wait 5 minutes and this wasn't a big deal as I thought my food would definitely be fresh. Once recieving my food I checked the bag and they forgot my sweet and sour sauce so went back thru the driveway to grab it. Drove home (2 mins away) Had approx 7 fries that where near froze. Not the most enjoyable meal thats for sure.

  I think they seriously built this and then threw the workers in untrained. Been 4 times since opening and every one of my times here one item of my food has always been old. I once had hot cakes that were hard around the edges. Last time I came I waited 15 minutes in drive through. Friendly staff just poor training and food quality.
