    Waited 20 minutes in drive thru. No idea about our order. Had to get a refund to feed my kid elsewhere. Another car behind us as well forgotten. Totally clueless. No rushing no urgency. No good.

    In my experience, at this location they get orders wrong more often than right. As such, I double check my orders whenever I pick up. Today I learned that I have to open each individual item to ensure something isn’t missing. Like half a bun. Absolutely staggering incompetence.

    Worst McDonald in Canada I’d say.. customer service is really bad, bathrooms aren’t clean and the workers are lazy. Don’t not eat here !!

    I was denied service saying system is updating at 3:30 am. I was asked to wait for 20 mins , waited for 15 mins and after that refused to take orders saying they have no idea how long system update will take. Lady was so rude. Very very bad experience , should improve customer service

    Always driving thru here in this branch every Saturday night and most of the time the soft serves are not available, there was this one time, nuggets are missing on my order, and there was a time that there's a nuggets but there's no dipping sauce in the bag..but because this branch is on our way, we still keep on coming here every Saturday night. It's a Mcdo nights for our kids.
