I was with my friend on January 7, 2026 around 1:11 AM when he went through the drive-through to pick up an Uber order. The employee taking the order spoke in a very rude and aggressive manner. She told him to wait 10 minutes, but her attitude and tone were completely unnecessary and unprofessional. The situation could have been handled politely, but instead it felt disrespectful. This kind of behavior leaves a very negative impression and should be addressed by management.

Do not order from the app or get delivery from this location. Literally change the restaurant location in the app. They consistently leave out items or send you the wrong order. Don’t even bother calling them or the driver why they screw up they will blame and gaslight you.

Terrible location. If you order a large fries, it will be half full and stale.
If you order a certain drink, expect it to be warm with no ice and most likely not the right thing.
Drive thru tries to rush you along, but cant speak proper English to understand your order, and then get it wrong

Absolutely pissed with the food. Quality was not fresh.
Last night ordered from them through skip and I noticed the lettuce wasn’t fresh. The oil used for frying chicken patties hundred percent needs thorough cleaning of the frying machine. I have sore throat and it’s hundred percent the quality of oil used. Kindly check or get the place shut down if the people don’t feel like working late nights. I myself have worked in the FF restos and The quality and service matters no matter what the time is.
