I walked nearly 30 minutes in the cold expecting to get dinner, only to be stopped at a locked door and told walk-in is “closed.” Google clearly shows 24-hour open for walk-in and drive-thru. Either the owner is completely unaware of what staff are doing, or employees are freely deciding their own rules both are unacceptable. McDonald’s is supposed to be about convenience and consistency. Also when i called the store the manager lady talked with me very rudely and said do whatever you want and you can . Fire this kind of emoloyee immediately. This location delivers neither. Wasting customers’ time like this is disrespectful. I will be escalating this to McDonald’s corporate because this is false advertising and poor management. Do better. This is the worst experience Im ever having in Saskatoon for food.
