Guy w the cap is too rude and don’t know how to treat customers as well as they always mess with my order most of the time they have excuses that they don’t have what you order

We approached the kiosk to place our order and got turned down due to the reason being “they didn’t have enough chicken and they were not going to cook due to the closing time approaching” even though there was still 45 minutes left to closing. There were 3 employees standing around. This is a big disappointment in service, changes need to be made and more training should be implemented in the area of customer service. I have been a client of KFC for the last 20 years and I have not ever experienced the kind of service I did at this location.
