I always look forward to the Festive Chicken Sandwich!! it’s one of my favourites but unfortunately this time was really disappointing. I bought two sandwiches, and when I opened them, I honestly thought the order was wrong because they looked like regular chicken sandwiches. There was barely any cranberry sauce, maybe a teaspoon at most, and the amount of stuffing was about half of what I normally get. On top of that, the bun on one of the sandwiches was hard and stale, like it had been left out uncovered. It definitely wasn’t the quality I’m used to. I was really looking forward to this, so I just wanted to let you know. Maybe don't get the Festive Chicken Sandwich at this location this year...

Spend 15 to 20 minutes arguing with them that they have to honour what their app brought us to, did not compensate and staff were very rude with very poor customer service. Said that we have no proof of what was in the app, how were we supposed to know that that's not part of it, the offer took us to just the buckets pages, it is not our fault that their app was glitching. Still did not compensate and said that they can only give us a refund that would take 3 weeks to be processed. Just asked for compensation and they wanted to charge us again. Horrible service, horrible staff and horrible customer service. At least be a decent person and learn some proper customer service.
