I was honestly very surprised because I had stopped going to KFC a long time ago, probably because they just could not make it the way they used to, with that crispy coating and great taste.
But today, when we came here with the whole family, we were genuinely surprised that we almost finished everything. We ordered a big bucket of wings and some breast pieces, and we tried a bit of everything. It was actually delicious. I was extremely surprised. It was also clean, which was surprising too, because somehow that has also disappeared in many places in Canada. People have stopped caring about cleanliness.
You cannot fool customers. Even if the food is good, if the restrooms are dirty, people stop coming. Today gave me hope that maybe things are changing and people will start coming back to KFC again, because honestly my previous experiences were disappointing. It was dirty or the coating felt soggy instead of crispy.
P.S. The only downside was that the staff working here were not very accommodating and did not seem to smile much. They came across as a bit unfriendly, which felt unusual compared to how good everything else was.

Worst fast food experience I have ever had. I got a matty melt, but it should be called the matty maddening, because it was the worst burger i have ever tasted in my life. I couldnt even finish it, it was so bad. It even looked like chernobyl, im not even kidding. check the pic. just like the elephant foot. The lady who gave me the food was also not so polite. i will never go here again. dont go. Im so upset i didnt even get a refund

Disappointing experience.
I ordered a 6-piece chicken around 9:15 PM and was told the wait would be 15–20 minutes. That sounded reasonable, so I paid and waited at the front of the store as instructed.
By 9:50 PM, I still hadn’t received my order and hadn’t been given any updates. When I went inside to check, I saw an employee sitting on top of the counter near the drive-through area using her phone. As soon as she noticed me, she immediately began packing my food. So clearly, my food has been ready all this time.
Waiting far beyond the quoted time without communication is frustrating. Better time estimates and basic customer updates would go a long way. Or get off your phone and do your job.

Have been here afew times but it was disgusting today. Was not a clean table to sit at (only 1 other customer there). Was a large puddle of pop ( i hope that's what is was) on a large area o the floor. All they did was throw a wet floor sign in the middle of it. And are chicken was swimming in a large pool of grease in the bottom of the bucket. Also had to wait almost 20mins. Will not go back to this store.
