We got soggy chicken on one visit and thought maybe it's a bad batch. Went back again and received soggy chicken again. Once was an accident. And second has to be problems in the kitchen. I really miss the crispy skin from KFC. I'll be looking at other locations for hopefully the standard that the company stands by.
