Remembered those days, big piece of chicken, crispy and freshly made. I'm so excited to have it again but it makes me sad how shitty is the food. Chicken is too small, not crispy and you can tell the OIL IS OLD. I will never thought that this people run this place, no idea about the quality they served is not commendable. It so sad. They dont deserve a one star either. Where is the good customer service go, the excellent quality and proper way of food handling?

This location used to be so good but gradually getting worse. 12 pieces of chicken included 5 drums, 4 wings and 3 unidentifiable dark meat variety. All of them coated in some type of greasy oil to which the once great coating could not stick to. Fries ok, gravy a congealed paste with brown flavoring. The colonel is dead! KFC won’t last much longer I’m afraid!! So sad

They were terribly tiny, it genuinely makes you wonder if these are even chickens or if quail or pigeons were served instead. This is beyond disappointing and feels ridiculous for the price paid. Please stop serving portions like this to customers. Quality and value have clearly gone downhill. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as customers expect reasonable portion sizes for the price paid.
