I am aware this is just a fast food place, but it is the best one I’ve ever been to the best burger ever the best fries ever. Everything is homemade pretty much. The burgers are homemade plus the fries that get fried and peanut oil first time coming here and would definitely come again. It was delicious. I do recommend.

When we received our food the buns consistency wasn't like they had been before. They fell apart easily and tasted off. After we had finished our meals we noticed a staff member cleaning tables and wiping them without using a cleaning solution in between tables. He also put garbage into the can with his hand and pushed everything in and the cloth touched the bin and the garbage with his bare hand pushing the garbage in and then he continued to other tables to 'clean' them without washing his hand or even using a clean cloth. Absolutely disgusting conditions in this restaurant. Most likely we will NEVER eat here again. And yes I have contacted Five Guys about this.

I was looking forward to the food as I loved it in Vancouver but fries were so soggy and burger was missing sauce that I ordered. It just ruined my dinner. While we waited for the takeout order, we wanted to use one of the dining tables but all the tables were dirty but all the staff was loudly playing their on songs and didn’t care to clean them!

So me and my partner came in to get supper. And I have to say oh my God the pricing is RIDICULOUS! I am not a person to normally care that much but we each got a sandwich, fries, and drink and it was 50 dollars!
Not only that but my grilled cheese had obviously had pickles or onions on them and then was taken off and given to me anyways. I could taste it on the sandwich. And the bun was soggy
My partners bun was also soggy with grease and the bag was COVERED in grease.
Only good things I can say are the fries are ok with gravy (so bland on their own)
As well as music was blasting from the kitchen. The man taking our order seemed to struggle to hear me and I had to repeat myself many times (I talk very clearly).
Definitely will NOT be returning
Save your money and your time.
