Even before we sat down in the dining area, one of the staff members — the person cleaning — gave us unnecessary instructions on how to dine, which was clearly directed only at us. When we politely brought this up to the supervisor, the same staff member became argumentative instead of apologizing or showing understanding. It was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The food here is usually good, but after this experience, I would not recommend dining in. Perhaps takeout might be a better option, as the in-person service was very disappointing and carried an unpleasant sense of bias.

She just used a paper napkins to swipe off crumbs, didn't matter if there was sticky residue The washrooms!! HORRIFIC !! Strong smell of urine. The toilets appear to never been cleaned with any cleanser. Door handles are filthy. The floors filthy. Highly recommend never using the washroom. Husband found the men's room equally gross.
