They say they are open until 2 am which as a uni student I thought was perfect but they aren’t. They lock the doors long before that and then you can only order through third party sites. They should specify their hours for the general public.

However the poutine fries were not only undercooked but were obviously sitting awhile. It was 9pm and they probably didn't want to make fresh fries, but still. Also just a suggestion - they need to add more ice in the drinks!! They do it manually (no ice machine) so there was like 5 ice cubes, which means it just melts instantly. You need a couple scoops of ice!!! So the pop was fairly warm because they barely use ice so you have to ask for extra ice. Also maybe it's just me but I think they gave me a mini blizzard instead of a small. The strawberry shake was good. The staff was nice and clean.
