  An older, white lady worker(only mentioning race so you know who I'm talking about) is the grumpiest, most unpleasant worker I've ever encountered. She yelled at my 4 yr old daughter because she was sitting on the shelf above the seat. She was being quiet and wasn't bothering anybody. There was nobody else near our section and maybe one other person in the whole place. Karens like this shouldn't be working in public places. Will never visit this DQ again.

  Went there few days ago, wanted to order online on mobile app, didnt work had to go in and order. Front girl was good but what I saw while I waited for my order 20-25 mins has shaken my entire world. There was another teenage looking girl (employee)with braces maybe? Brought some dq food and started eating on the counter where the third employee was prepping food for customers. No shame/fear that customer is standing right in front of you, this is not acceptable for food safety and sanitary practices. Then the girl at front who took my order, joined her in eating, same hands to use her phone, same hands to pack the drive thru order all in the matter for few seconds i saw her touching the fries bare hand with the same hand she was eating. I wanted to call them out But didn’t have enough time as the order already took 20-25 mins for 2 cupfection and 1 tiny chicken wrap. I cant believe what I saw, definitely not stepping in this dairy queen ever again. For reference, I have the proof of what the employee did and I have no intention to cause trouble to any employee but a little more training and discussion would be helpful. If they want to eat while working nothing is wrong but atleast go at the back, eat and wash your hands properly and come back. Front girl shouldnt be touching her phone while shes was also packing the food for drive thru customers, if she wants to use phone step aside, then come back wash your hands. I thought that was a basic food safety mannerism in restaurants. This needs to be addressed.

  Can't honestly recommend this DQ location, the food quality is terrible and they charge the highest prices. I have literally lived within 4 blocks of this site and regularly support many other locations rather than this Lawson location.
